"Fuck it. Let's do it!" That is the mentality that has taken Chef Rio and Jessica to create Gorditas ATL in the midst of the pandemic. More than a Mexican pop-up restaurant, they have created an inclusive family where everyone is welcomed, loved, and well-fed with some of Atlanta's best street Mexican food.
